I have two very special classes that are under 15 Minutes! They are audio classes, all you need is to find a quiet place and listen.
These classes are really grounding and bring you back to your true sense of self. You can add these to a regular Asana practice (movement of the body through poses) or simply enjoy them on their own.
I like to begin my day with the Grounding Meditation Practice and end my day with Yoga Nidra. I hope you find some peace on and off of the mat. Don't forget to set your mood, light a candle, diffuse your favorite essential oil, prop your body on a bolster or pillows and maybe even take your legs up the wall. Bonus points for those of you who find strength in journaling afterward. I hope you enjoy!
